Contact me about This Painting
This painting is alive with light, color, and boundless energy. When I was creating it, I wanted to capture the profound joy that the Lubavitcher Rebbe radiated when he clapped his hands, a gesture of encouragement and connection with his followers, the Chassidim. The vibrant, colorful bursts surrounding the Rebbe symbolize the spiritual energy that seemed to emanate from him, filling everyone around him with light and warmth.
One of the Rebbe’s teachings that inspired this work is: “True joy comes from the inside out; it is a light that can illuminate the darkest of times.” These words reflect the Rebbe’s belief that joy is a spiritual force that transforms both the individual and the world. Through this painting, the bright splashes of color represent that inner light, spreading outward from the Rebbe, showing how his spirit continues to inspire and uplift.
This painting is not just a depiction of the Rebbe; it’s a visual expression of the joy and energy he shared with the world.
