All orders are dispatched and delivered by our courier partners, Monday – Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. There is no shipping to PO Box.
Process & Delivery of Goods
All orders that are confirmed (with payment & verified proof of payment) will be processed on the same working day. Orders are shipped from US, EU, UK, Canada, Mexico and Australia. All the items are insured.
Delivery tracking number will be sent to the customer’s email once the order has been shipped. Tracking of parcels can be made from our courier partner’s website. If any delivery problems occur, please contact us.
Please ensure that the shipping address and other given information is correct to avoid any mis-delivery.
We offer a 14-day return policy for original paintings. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the painting within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that the artwork must be in the same condition as when it was received. Any damages to the painting may result in a deduction from the refund.
For reproductions/prints, we offer a 14-day exchange policy for store credit. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that custom size reproductions/prints cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Frames and Images:
Custom frames and images are created specifically for you and, as such, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you have chosen the correct options before placing your order.
The customer is responsible for packing the artwork securely for the return or exchange. Please use the original packaging materials, if possible. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
