“Welcome to Jerusalem” is a Jerusalem painting that features three generations of a family walking together in their Shabbat clothing. This particular painting takes place in the past, in Jerusalem before the development of the Yemin Moshe neighborhood. Instead of buildings and highways we see winding dirt roads, rolling grassy hills, sheep grazing, and olive trees.
