Migdal David Paintings

Migdal David, also known as the Tower of David or the Citadel, is an ancient fortress and citadel located in the Old City of Jerusalem. It is located near the Jaffa Gate, one of the main entrances to the Old City, and it is a well-known landmark in Jerusalem.

The fortress was built by King Herod the Great in the 1st century BCE, and it served as an important fortress and stronghold for the ruling powers in Jerusalem.
